News 2020: we are planning for you!
Still many wishes for a wonderful 2020 to our guests, we hope to see you this summer !!In this cold January we are always here in the office to plan and plan the news for this spring / summer 2020 ... are you a little curious? There are some big works in progress!
So ... some clues:
- The air conditioning system! The current one is still valid and fully functional but by now you know that we always try to keep up with the times, it will be a very big job and will be done in part during this period but in large part also next winter. What we have chosen will be more environmentally friendly and low consumption ... we believe that anyone who has a chance should take this step for our planet.
- We have a new FAMILY ROOM , or connecting room, (born from the fusion of two smaller rooms) for families who prefer separate rooms for sleeping! Didn't you know this solution? They are increasingly in demand and appreciated, and in fact in recent years we have all renovated them (from furniture to bathrooms) and we have added some, to satisfy you all. - We have also started to renovate many balconies externally, and (attention: SPOILER 2021 ) next year we plan to do a great job to complete our structure ... ssssh don't tell anyone because it's still a secret!
- As always, many elements of the furniture will be renewed, and maintenance is constant because your "summer house" must be perfect! For us, having work in progress all winter is routine maintenance, because we always want to keep up with the times ... for you who choose us year after year or for the first time!
