RECEPTION CLERK

We are a 3-star superior hotel in Pinarella di Cervia, family-run for more than 40 years and we have always strongly believed in our collaborators , an element of fundamental importance for our structure and appreciated every year by our guests.

We are always looking for new collaborators with whom to improve the service offered to our guests year after year.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist .

Main tasks:
  • Front office reception
  • Preparation of telephone and online estimates
  • Liaise with the customer
  • Use of management
  • Use of CRM
  • Organization of daily plans

Requirements:
  • Use of management software (preferably with knowledge already for Suite 5 - Ericsoft )
  • Use of CRM (preferably with knowledge already for MrPRNO )
  • Required languages: Italian and English
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Industry experience
  • Cleanliness and order

Kind of employment:

Full-time, with day off , approximately from 20 May to 20 September 2023
