- A CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT of approximately 20% of the total amount of the stay will be requested upon confirmation of the booking (to be done by e-mail or telephone)
- Our policy for CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS is as follows:
- In case of cancellation of the booking, WITHIN 1 WEEK PRIOR to the day of arrival, the deposit will be FULLY refunded (refund via bank transfer)
- Cancellation will be FREE OF CHARGE UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL in the event that the Emilia-Romagna region, or the region of origin of the customer, should become an orange zone or a red zone rendering it impossible to cross regional borders (refund via bank transfer)
- For cancellations for personal reasons, within the last week before the arrival date, the deposit will instead be retained.
- CHILDREN FROM 0-2 YEARS, depending on the season in which they stay, will only pay a small daily supplement to be able to offer them quality services as well. During the low season there will be no daily supplement, while in the high season the supplement will be € 35.00
- CHILDREN, sharing a room with only one adult, will still receive a discount, but at a lower rate than indicated above
- ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE from 12.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
- The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure
- UNCONSUMED MEALS may not be deducted from the bill or recovered (except for packed lunches)
- BEACH SERVICE: the beach manager at his discretion allocates umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, if included in the quote, on the day of arrival. In any case, the first 3 rows near the water are excluded. For those interested in these locations, it is necessary to check availability and agree on the extra price with the beach manager. Reservations can be made by contacting Bagno Adriasol #111 at 0544 988587. The day of departure from the hotel is not included, even if the customer did not use it during their stay
- In the event of an EARLY DEPARTURE, the customer shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 3 overnight stays
- In the event of a LATE ARRIVAL with respect to the scheduled date on the booking confirmation, the customer is required to pay only the room rate, equal to the cost of the overnight stay, for each day of absence
- On the day of departure, it is imperative to CLEAR THE CAR PARK by 10.00 a.m.
