Founded on 31 July 1959, the Centrale del Latte di Cesena brings to the table a history full of goodness and genuine values . The cooperative, which has remained the only autonomous reality in the dairy sector in the area, has always worked to enhance the milk coming from its farmer members and guarantee consumers the most authentic quality and absolute freshness of its products, ensuring traceability daily up to the stable of origin.
Every day he collects the milk from the stables located in the Romagna area of the provinces of Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna, Rimini and Ferrara, to process and transform it with the help of modern technologies into various types of milk, cream, fresh cheeses, aged cheeses and ice creams.
